This page clearly sets out the rules you must follow when using the q333 platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, and bonus-related terms.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are legally binding at all times between every user ("you" or "member") who accesses or registers an account on the q333 platform and q333. By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have read and accepted all terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.

Glossary of Defined Terms

The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement—

  • "Platform" refers to the q333 website and its associated services, apps, APIs, and related offerings.
  • "Member" refers to a person who has opened an account and is officially registered at q333.
  • "Account" refers to the personal user account a member has opened at q333.
  • "Game Balance" refers to the amount in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) stored in a member's game account.
  • "Bonus" refers to the welcome bonus, cashback, or other promotions provided by q333.
  • "Wagering Requirement" refers to the rule that a specified multiple of the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
  • "Kyat (Ks)" refers to the Myanmar currency unit, Kyat.

Account Eligibility Requirements

Anyone who wishes to use the q333 platform may only register an account and gain access to play if they meet all of the following conditions—

2.1 Age Requirement

The platform may only be used by persons aged 21+. If it is found that anyone under 21 is accessing and playing for any reason, their account will be closed immediately and remaining balances may not be refunded.

2.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must fill in your name, date of birth, contact number and payment details accurately. Accounts opened with incorrect information may be closed without prior notice.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each member is allowed only one q333 account. If additional accounts are found using the same IP address, device or payment method, all such accounts will be closed and any bonuses may be forfeited.

Deposits — Terms & Conditions

The rules for deposits at q333 are as follows—

  • Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks regardless of payment method.
  • Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay only.
  • The name on the deposit must match your registered account name; transfers that do not match will be returned or flagged for review.
  • Processing time after a deposit may vary depending on the payment method and intermediary bank; q333 will process it as quickly as possible.
  • q333 charges little or no fee on deposits, but any fees charged by the payment service provider are the member's responsibility.

Withdrawals — Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals—

  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawal processing time — completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours; cases under review may take longer.
  • Withdrawals can only be sent back to the same payment method used for the deposit; funds cannot be sent to a different payment method.
  • Withdrawals involving bonus funds are only permitted after the required wagering requirement has been met.
  • q333 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for security checks; members will be notified if this occurs.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at q333, you receive a 100% bonus on your deposit amount, up to 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, bringing your account balance to 40,000 Ks. The 20,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x before withdrawal (wagering requirement = 200,000 Ks).

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonus wagering requirement — you must wager the bonus amount × 10x before you can withdraw. Different game types may contribute different percentages toward completing this requirement; contact customer support if you need clarification.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions

  • The bonus is available on your first deposit after registration only; subsequent deposits do not qualify for this bonus.
  • Each person can receive the bonus once only; if you stop playing and withdraw while a bonus is active, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • q333 reserves the right to change or discontinue bonus offers without prior notice.

5.4 VIP Cashback

VIP Bronze members can receive weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Moving up VIP tiers requires regular play and a good account standing; exact amounts are not fixed and will be determined based on your playing pattern.

Fair Play & Conduct

q333 uses a certified random number generator that cannot be altered, guaranteeing fair play. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

  • Using software exploits or bot tools.
  • Combining accounts to gain bonus advantages.
  • Suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns that suggest money laundering.
  • Threatening, abusing or behaving inappropriately toward other members or staff.

q333 staff are not permitted to participate in any games themselves — they cannot play against members.

Account Security

It is your responsibility as a member to keep your q333 account and password secure—

  • Do not share your login details with anyone.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact q333 customer support immediately.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by q333

q333 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons—

  • When there is suspicion or clear evidence of a breach of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

q333 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the following reasons—

  • Currency differences arising from changes in the Kyat exchange rate.
  • Losses occurring during gameplay due to internet connection issues — this is the member's responsibility.
  • Losses resulting from third-party access without the member's knowledge — no liability will be assumed if this is not reported immediately.

This limitation applies only within the scope permitted by applicable law and may be narrowed where the law is unclear.

Intellectual Property Protection

All designs, brand logos, software, databases and content on the q333 platform are the intellectual property of q333. Copying, reproducing or using them for commercial purposes in any form without prior written consent from q333 is prohibited.

Changes to the Agreement

q333 reserves the right to change these terms with or without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform after posting will be considered acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking this page regularly.
